From Our President:

Welcome to the start of the 2007/2008 swimming season. This past 2006/2007 season was very successful for our team and was highlighted by BAC being awarded the Gold Medal Club award this past April. This award honors teams for their commitment to excellence, performance, and the support of the sport of swimming. We were honored to be one of 16 in the nation, and the only team from Michigan to receive such an honor.

We anticipate our 2007/2008 season will be just as exciting. Our beginning swimming programs continue to grow and prosper as we teach our young swimmers proper technique, a love of the sport, and the self-discipline needed to reach their personal goals. We have seen the success of our senior swimmers who have demonstrated the dedication and commitment needed to excel and this past summer qualify for the Senior National Meets.

With 2008 being an Olympic year, we have the anticipation of watching some of our own former BAC swimmers competing for a spot on the Olympic Team. How exciting!!!

To all the BAC swimmers and families, thank you for making this team what it is.
