September 24, 2008

BAC Survey
A reminder that the deadline for completing the BAC survey is this Friday, September 26.  Thank you to 41 parents and 21 swimmers who have taken the time to complete this survey.

BAC Apparel
All orders for BAC apparel are also due this Friday, September 26.  Most of our BAC swimmers wear their matching t-shirts and sweatshirts at meets.  Please place your orders soon.

BAC Practice Swim Meet/Time Trial Meet
The BAC Coaches would like to schedule a practice swim meet (Time Trial Meet) to be held on Saturday, October 18 at the NHS pool.  This informal meet will take place at 10 am in the place of the BAC practice.  All BAC swimmers should plan on attending this meet.  This is a great opportunity for all new BAC swimmers to become familiar with a swim meet environment, to establish base times for swimmers  to enter swim meets,  and to bond with their fellow BAC swimmers.  Further information will follow from the coaches including events to be offered, warm-up times, etc.

Sr. Bulldog/Bulldog  Change in Practice Location starting November 3
This past Friday, the Athletic Director at Northville High School informed us that the middle school swim season was changing and would now be running November 3 - February 1.  This is affecting all the middle school programs in Michigan.  Therefore, the Northville pool will not be available to us starting November 3 and running through February 1.  In past years, the Northville pool was unavailable from November 24 through March 16, due to the middle school program as well as the high school practices, but with this change, the Northville pool will be unavailable only through  February 1.  The practice times in November for Sr. Bulldogs and Bulldogs will be changing with a potential 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm practice time at Hillside Middle School.  Specific details are still being worked out, but there will be no changes to the schedules of Jr. Dogs, Puppies, and Swim School participants.  Further information will follow.

BAC Family Fall Party & Annual Halloween Costume Contest/Parade

Please plan on attending the Family Fall Party on Saturday, October 25th (4:00 p.m. -?) at Three Cedars Farm in Northville.  Additional details will be sent out by the Social Chair, Sally Stein, in the near future. 

The annual Halloween Costume Contest and Parade will take place in late October at Northville High School.  More information will be sent out soon.

Registration Reminder

Returning BAC members need to turn in their registration form and payment ASAP.  This information needs to be submitted to Michigan Swimming in a 'bulk' format and we would like to include all our swimmers.  HIGH SCHOOL Girls!  Please REGISTER now for the 2009 year.  We know you are there hard at work with your HS teams and are not thinking about us 'dogs but we are thinking about you!  Good luck BAC High School girls and all BAC swimmers.

Dues Payment Reminder

Please remember that all dues, for new and returning BAC members, are due on or before September 20, 2008.  After that date a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account.  Please see the Forms & Policies link and look for Financial Policy - Quarterly Dues for additional information.

Please watch your email for the new BAC equipment order form and information.  You can also check the BAC Gear Page!  Show your Bulldog pride at swim meets and around town - order your gear today!  Actually, orders are due September 26th.

BAC Survey

Please remember to complete the BAC Survey which is available on line and also via paper copy.  The information you share will help us in better defining what we want our team to be and also in finding a Head Coach to take us there.  Deadline for the survey is Friday, Sept. 26.   *** updated *** If you are having problems accessing the survey, please email bacsurvey@bulldogaquaticclub.com with a description of the situation.

Parent Advisory Committee

Thank you to the 9 BAC members who volunteered to participate in the Parent Advisory Committee.  The initial goal of this committee will be to summarize the findings of the survey, determine where our team wants to go, and what course do we want to follow to take us there.  Upon completion of this task, the committee will start the process of finding our new Head Coach.  Committee members should expect an email within the next week identifying the first meeting date and agenda.

   
Bulldogs/Sr. Bulldogs Practice Change

There will be 2 dates in September where the Bulldog/Sr. Bulldog practice will start at

6:15 pm rather than 6 pm.  These 2 dates are this Tuesday, September 16, and the other will be Thursday, Sept. 25.  There will be no dryland on either of these dates.  Practice will run till 8 pm as usual.

CAST Swim Meet

With the start of our 2008/2009 season underway, I wanted to update members on some happenings in September.  

BAC Updates

The weekly BAC Updates (Doggie Prattle) will resume and will be sent out to membership on Mondays or Tuesdays.  Please read these updates as they often share information that is important to membership.

Practice Change

Sr. Bulldogs/Bulldogs: The girls high school meet scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 18 has been moved to Weds. Sept. 17 so the early practice (3:30 - 5 pm) will now occur on Wednesday, Sept. 17.  Practice for Thursday, Sept. 18 will be from 5:30 - 8 pm as usual.

Survey

On Thursday, September 11, BAC will be passing out to membership the BAC survey.  This survey is a suggestion from Master Coach Jim who felt our team philosophy needed to be better defined.  This survey will ask specific questions regarding member expectation for their swimmers as well as their chosen commitment level to the sport.  This survey will be made available both on-line, and also in paper form with a return folder on deck at both pools.  All members will be asked to participate in this survey.  In addition, all Bulldogs and Sr. Bulldogs will be given a swimmer survey that asks similar questions.  Further instruction will follow regarding the survey.

CAST Pentathlon Swim Meet

The Coaches would like to encourage ALL BAC swimmers to swim in the CAST swim meet.  This is the first meet of the season and provides swimmers with a great opportunity to establish some short course times.  Let's go up to Holt and show them what Bulldog swimming is all about!

CAST Pentathlon Swim Meet

The first swim meet of the 2008-2009 Short Course Season has been posted in the "Meet Info & Entry" section of the website.  Entries are due not later than September 12th.  If you have questions please contact our Meet Entry Chair Charisse Nilles at bacmeetentry@bulldogaquaticclub.com immediately.

Meet Entry Help

Meet Entry Chair Charisse Nilles will be at Hillside Middle School on Tuesday, September 9th, 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. to discuss swim meets and how to enter them.  New and returning families are welcome to meet with her.  Look for her in the hall way outside of the locker rooms.  This is not a formal meeting, rather a "drop-in" time for some assistance and information.

Hillside Swimmer Pickup

President Linda Hatt learned from the Hillside Aquatic Supervisor that  this past Wednesday,  one of our Jr. Dog swimmers had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up after practice was completed.  This is unacceptable and poses a safety risk for our swimmer.  Practice is over at 6:15 pm and all swimmers should be out of the locker room by 6:35 pm.  Parents please pick up your swimmers in a timely manner.  Thank you for your support with this matter. 

Weekend Practices

Senior Bulldogs, Bulldogs, and Junior Dogs can join teammates on Saturday mornings at 10:00 a.m. for practice at Northville High School.  Currently, these practices are scheduled for: 09/06/08, 09/13/08, 09/20/08, 09/27/08.

Practice begins tomorrow, September 2, 2008 at both Northville High School and Hillside Middle School.  Please check the practice schedule for more details.

2009 Registration

Registration time is now upon us!  If you registered with BAC for the 2007-2008 season, you can find your swimmer's pre-printed registration form in your folder on the pool deck at Hillside or Northville High School by the end of this week.  You can also find updated forms can be found in the Forms & Policies link. 

Parent Volunteer Form

A new form is now available on the Forms & Policies page - the BAC Parent Volunteer Form.  BAC is a parent run swim club and everyone's help is needed and appreciated.  Every parent must complete and return the form asap.

Parent Meeting

A reminder that there will be a Parent Meeting on Wednesday, August 27 in the Athletic Room across from the pool.  Important information will be shared regarding the upcoming season.  This meeting is for parents only.  A swimmer meeting will occur on Tuesday, September 2 and be given by the coaches.  The practice for Bulldogs and Sr. Bulldogs will start at 6 pm on this day only with all other days starting at 5:30 pm with Dry land Training.

Stroke Clinics

BAC was able to confirm that there will be a swim meet at NHS in the late afternoon of Friday, August 29.  Therefore,  the stroke clinic scheduled for this day has been cancelled.  A reminder that 2 of the stroke clinics are early for next week, Tuesday 8/26 runs from 3 - 5 pm and then Thursday 8/28 from 4 - 6 pm.

Fall Season

The fall season will start on Tuesday, September 2.  Please note your swimmers practice schedule as listed on the website.  All swimmers should be aware of their swimming group for this fall.  A master list will be available at the Parent Meeting on Wednesday.

As Coach Teri moves on to her new position we wish her well and know both swimmers and parents will see her soon at some of the upcoming 2008-2009 Short Course meets.

Additionally, the BAC Board would like to let you know of the upcoming plans for our team.

1) Coach Jill will be running the Stroke Clinics as previously scheduled.  There is a change in the time of the stroke clinics on Thursday, August 21 and Thursday, August 28. The clinics will run from 4 - 5 pm and then 5 - 6 pm. In addition, there is potential of a conflict on the night of Friday, August 29 due to a high school swim meet. Further information will follow on this date.

2) The mandatory parent meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 27 will be held from 7:15 - 8 pm at Northville High School (room to be announced). Registration forms will be distributed at this meeting. This meeting will be for parents only.  Swimmers will have a separate meeting with the coaches at another time.

3) The Board is looking for Head coach candidates and in the meantime, Brian and Jill will be covering all practices.  The Board is in the process of hiring an interim coach to assist with practices until a Head Coach is named.

BAC plans to create a subcommittee to look at prospective Head coach candidates.  Further information will follow at our August 27 meeting but this subcommittee will be made up of both swimmer parents as well as some members of the BAC Board.

4) During this time of transition, BAC will continue to succeed as we help our swimmers reach their JO, State, and Sectional times. The BAC philosophy, as stated on the front page of the website, tells what this team strives to be and gives us a great foundation to build on.

BAC Picnic/Fire Up Party

Reminder that this Monday, July 21 is BAC's team picnic and this also serves as the Fire Up Party for our State Meet swimmers.  All BAC swimmers and families should plan on attending.  A short general membership meeting will be held within this picnic.   Weather notice:  please attend rain or shine!

August Schedule

Practice
Northville High School is closed the week of August 4 to enable the school to be ready for the upcoming school year.  There will be no afternoon practices this whole week.   Practice will still be held at Clement Circle this week from 6 - 8 am.

Starting Monday, August 11, practices will resume at Northville High School from 5 - 7 pm.  The practice schedule will be as follows the week of Aug. 11:

Our annual Stroke Clinics will run the week of August 18 and August 25 from 5 - 7 pm at Northville High School.  There is no regular swim practice.  Please see the attached schedule which will also be made available at the team picnic.  Email Coach Teri directly at Coachteri@bulldogaquaticclub.com to reserve your spot.  The stroke clinic for Tuesday, August 26 will run from 3 - 5 pm due to a home high school swim meet.

Mandatory Parent/Swimmer Meeting

We will have our pre-season parent-swimmer meeting on Wednesday, August 27 at 7 pm at Northville High School.  This is a mandatory meeting for all parents and swimmers.  Coach Teri will be sharing very valuable information as we start our upcoming season.

Fall Swimming Season

There will be no practice on Labor Day!
Our fall season will begin on Tuesday, September 2.  The primary schedule will be as follows:

Weekend practices will run from 10 - 12 noon each Saturday at Northville High School.

Mom's Movie Night

Pancake Breakfast

"Annual Pancake Breakfast" specially cooked by our master chef Art Greenlee will be taking place immediately following morning practice on Monday July 28th.  Mr. Greenlee will provide everything for the pancakes.  And Mrs. Stein (always) provides the watermelon.  We will need the following items please:

A large crockpot full of cooked sausages (these can be cold) this is something that 3 or 4 people can go in on together.

4th Quarter Dues

A reminder that 4th quarter dues were due by June 20 to avoid a late fee.  Even if your swimmer is not swimming 4th quarter, please submit dues coupon stating this as we need to follow up on all unpaid swimmers.

July 4th practice

The practice for the morning of July 4 has been moved to 9 - 11 am at the Clement Circle pool.  This is a fun morning with games as well as an ice cream social.  There is no practice in the pm of July 4.

Afternoon Practice week of June 30

A reminder that the afternoon practice for June 30 - July 3 will be at the LCRC as NHS is closed.  Times remain unchanged for the groups.

Breakfast After morning practice

Swimmers are invited to go to Thomas' Restaurant after morning practice on Wednesday, June 25th.  This is the correct date.  The website originally listed an incorrect date on the social page.  Remember to bring money to pay for your own breakfast.  More details can be found on the social page.

Olympic Team Trials - Swimming

All BAC swimmers and families would like to say "Good Luck Ava" at the Olympic Swim Team Trials.

BAC Summer Practice Schedule

The summer schedule starts this Friday, June 13. The number of swimmers in the water has decreased and therefore the afternoon practice times will change slightly. Here is the finalized schedule.

AM Schedule
6 - 8 am for Bulldogs and Sr. Bulldogs at Clement Circle Pool in Livonia Monday - Friday

PM Schedule

**BAC Swimming School will not be held during the summer months.  Last day of the Swimming School will be June 20.  It will resume this fall when the short course season starts. If your swimmer would like to continue swimming throughout the summer, please talk to Coach Jill.

Weekend Schedule (for Jr. Dogs, Bulldogs, and Sr. Bulldogs)

All practices are on Saturdays from 9 - 11 am at the Clement Circle pool.  There will be no weekend practice on swim meet weekends.  The weekend schedule is as follows:
Sat. June 14 (there are only a few swimmers attending the OLY meet)
Sat. June 28
Sat. July 5
Sat. July 26

BAC Time Trial Meet on Saturday, July 12

BAC will be hosting a Time Trial Meet for any swimmer attempting to obtain a specific qualifying time for the upcoming State Meet.  The meet will be held at the Clement Circle pool from 7:30 - 11:30 am.  Teams in the surrounding communities will be invited to participate in this Time Trial Meet.  Additional information will follow.

Afternoon practice the week of June 30 - July 4

The NHS pool will be closed the week of June 30 due to the holiday week. Practices will move to LCRC that week (afternoons only) from Monday, June 30 - Thursday, July 3.  There will be no pm practice on July 4.  The am practice for July 4 will continue as scheduled from 6 - 8 am at the Clement Circle pool.

Additional Swim Meet Added to Schedule

Please check the Meet Entry & Info page for details concerning the Motor City Mile Event.  This is a fundraiser for the Lance Armstrong Foundation.  If you choose to sign-up on-line make sure you list BAC as your team so we can get credit for the points you earn (there are team prizes).

Road Trip to the Olympic Swim Team Trials

Charisse and Amanda Nilles are driving to Omaha, NE at the end of this month to see the Olympic Trials and cheer for Ava Ohlgren as she makes her bid for the team.  You can follow their adventures as they are post to a blog during trip.  Look at the BAC Links page for the link!  Good luck Ava from all of the BAC swimmers & families!

June Practice Schedule

Some updates regarding practices in early June.  Northville High School will be performing physicals on the athlete-students on Thursday, June 5 and Saturday, June 7.  We will not able to use the locker rooms on those days.  Practice will continue on June 5 as scheduled.   Swimmers need to wear their bathing suits to practice. Practice on Saturday, June 7 has been moved to Sunday, June 8 at the LCRC from 8 - 10 am.  Sorry for this inconvenience.

Summer Practice Schedule

Outdoor practices are scheduled to begin on Friday, June 13 at Clement Circle Pool.  Morning practices will go from 6 - 8 am Monday - Friday and 9 - 11 am on Saturdays.  There will be long course practices on the following Saturdays in June: June 14, June 28.  No practice w/e of June 21st due to the DRD meet.

As was previously mentioned at the BAC banquet, 3 members of our BAC Board are stepping down after their term expires this summer:  Jim Sells (Vice President), Tammy Dolinski (Asst. Treasurer), and Denise Pijor (Social).  We thank these members for their commitment and dedication to BAC.

4th Quarter Dues

The 4th quarter dues coupon is now available on the BAC website.  SCRIP totals will be sent out to members within the next week.  Please remember 4th quarter dues must be paid by June 20th to avoid a late fee.

Procedure for collecting payments

A reminder that starting June 1 BAC will now require all payments to be written on separate checks, adequately labeled, and placed in the specific boxes designated on the pool deck. There are payment folders labeled with the following: Dues, Swim Meet Entry, Social, SCRIP, BAC Clothing, and Membership.  Thank you for helping streamline the paperwork flow which assists our Financial Committee.

Summer Picnic Date

We are planning to have the BAC summer picnic on Monday, July 21 at the Newburgh Swim Club. Additional information will follow.

BAC Time Trial Meet

We are hosting a time trial meet on Saturday, July 12th at Clement Circle.  This is a sanctioned event so any state (or faster) cuts will count!  Please watch your email for additional details including volunteer opportunities and event sign-up.  You can see the announcement flyer.

Weekend Practices

Some additional Saturday practices have been added: This Saturday, May 17 8 - 10 am at NHS and Saturday, June 7 8 - 10 am at NHS.

Motel Rooms for Long Course State Meet

BAC has reserved 12 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Grandville for Wed. July 30 through Sun. August 3 at a rate of $89/night for Weds. and Thurs., and $139/night for Friday and Saturday nights. Each room has 2 queen size beds. Hot breakfast is served daily from 6 - 10 am. The address is 4651 36th Street SW, Grandville, MI (616) 532-0202. This is a busy weekend on the west side of the state as the Coast Guard Festival is the same weekend. Special thanks to Kim Lane for reserving these rooms.

Change in Check Payments due to BAC

As mentioned at the BAC banquet, BAC is initiating a new way to submit checks to the BAC Asst. Treasurer. Separate checks must now be written for swim meets, dues, social events, SCRIP, etc. Many of the checks previously submitted had 2 - 3 swim meets plus SCRIP or dues on the check and the time involved to ensure that each amount was correct was overwhelming. A new box has been created on deck and each committee has a separate envelope for collection of their checks. We are asking all checks to be written separately and distributed in the appropriate boxes. Swim meet checks must also be written separately and labeled with the meet your swimmer is attending.

Summer Schedule

Our summer schedule at Clement Circle is scheduled to start on Friday, June 13. Morning practice will run from 6 - 8 am for Bulldogs and Sr. Bulldogs.
The afternoon practice will continue as scheduled with further evaluation to be done in early June when we know how many swimmers plan to swim the 4th quarter. You will be notified if there is a change in the afternoon schedule, but the changes will be minor possibly moving the overall practices from 4 - 7 pm instead of the 3:30 - 7:30 pm.

Spring Challenge Meet

Our Spring Challenge Meet is this Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4.  We still have openings on our volunteer list.  Remember each family is responsible for working 2 sessions of the Spring Challenge Meet.  There is $60 fee for each session not worked.

BAC Swimming School

The 3rd Session of the BAC Swimming School will be ending on Friday, May 9.  The 4th Session of the Swimming School will be starting on Monday, May 12 and running through Friday, June 20 (6 weeks).  The cost will once again be $70 and due on May 12.  This 4th session will be the final session of the BAC Swimming School for the summer.  The program will resume in September at Hillside Middle School.

BAC Updates

As we move into late spring and summer, the BAC Updates will be sent out every 2 weeks instead of weekly.  If there is a need to share information within that 2 week period, a mass emailing will be used.

Weekend Practice

Practice on Sunday April 27 will be open to all BAC swimmers in order to help them prepare for the long course pool at EMU. Sr. Bulldogs, Bulldogs, and Jr. Dogs will swim from 3 - 5 pm. Puppies can swim from 4:15 - 5 pm.

BAC Summer Travel Meet

BAC has chosen to participate in the Busbey Meet located at Cleveland State University on June 20 - 22. We are hoping to get full team participation. This meet is 3 hours away and downtown Cleveland is quite nice in the summer with a Boardwalk and nice restaurants. Motel information will be shared within the next few weeks. This is our only planned meet for the month of June.

Suggestion Box

BAC will now offer to all its members a Suggestion Box that will be kept at the NHS pool. We hope to use this Suggestion Box for nominations to the BAC Board as well as suggestions or compliments related to BAC. Look for the Suggestion Box starting Monday, April 14.

BAC Spring Challenge

We are in full preparation for our Spring Challenge Meet which will be held May 2 - 4 at EMU. Each family is again responsible for working 3 sessions of this meet.  Watch your email for important information concerning the volunteer list on-line, the BAC meet entry packet and a possible bake-sale at EMU during the meet.

BAC Banquet

All BAC swimmers and their families should plan on attending the BAC Banquet on Thursday, April 24. It is a special time to recognize all of our swimmers for their hard work and dedication.

Practice Schedule

The practice on Friday, March 21 will be held at Hillside Middle School instead of NHS due to the Good Friday holiday. Sr. Bulldogs/older Bulldogs will swim 3:30 - 5:30 pm; younger Bulldogs and Jr. Dogs from 4:15 - 6:15 pm.

Remember there is no practice the week of Easter break. Those swimmers who will be swimming in the Sectional Meet in Indianapolis will be swimming at the LCRC from 8 - 10 am on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of that week.

Championship Meet results

Congratulations to our BAC swimmers at the recent District Meet, Junior Olympic Meet, 12 & Under State Meet, and Boys High School State Meet. The 13 & Over State Meet and 8 & Under Swim Finale are this weekend and the Sectional Meet is the weekend after Easter.

We are looking for members who would be interested in writing an article for their specific Championship Meet where we can mention the accomplishments of our BAC swimmers. We can help get you the meet results to assist you with this article. BAC 3rd Quarter Dues

A reminder the 3rd quarter dues are due now and must be paid prior to March 20 to avoid a late fee.

2008 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships

Please check under BAC Social for all the details of this upcoming road trip. We realize that many families are traveling for Easter that weekend, but if you and your family do not have plans, consider going to this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

New Goal Sheet

Coach Teri has provided a new goal sheet for all BAC Swimmers.  Please print a copy and ask your swimmer to complete the form and turn it in to a BAC Coach.

Practice Schedule

A reminder that this is our last week at LCRC for the older Bulldogs/Sr. Bulldogs.  On Monday, March 10 both Bulldogs and Sr. Bulldogs return to NHS.  Please check out the BAC website to confirm your swimmer's practice time.

The last week at Hillside for Jr. Dogs, Adv. Puppies, and BAC Swimming School will be the week of Monday, March 17.  With Friday, March 21 being a holiday for Northville Public Schools, Sr. Bulldogs, Bulldogs, and Jr. Dogs will potentially all swim out of Hillside.  Further information will follow when practice times are confirmed.

Session III Dues

The 3rd Quarter Dues are to be submitted starting March 1.  All dues must be submitted by March 20 to avoid being charged a late fee.

Spring Challenge Meet

Michigan Swimming has approved our BAC Spring Challenge Meet which will be held
May 2 - 4 at EMU.  Our meet packet is complete and should be shared on our BAC website within the next week.  Volunteer opportunities will be also be made available within the next few weeks. Thank you for supporting BAC.

Update:  2008 NCAA Women's Championship Meet

If you are planning to go to Columbus, Ohio to see the 2008 Women's NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, consider purchasing scrip for the Best Western Hotel.   Negotiations with the Best Western Columbus North are on-going for a "group" rate but the best on-line rate is $90 (approx. $105 with tax) or with a AAA membership $81 (approx. $94 with tax).  The Scrip order is due on Tuesday, March 4th.  This is your last chance to purchase a Best Western Scrip Gift Card before the meet.

Tickets to the swim meet are $10.00 each for the preliminaries (in the morning) and $15.00 each for the finals.  The finals on Friday, March 21st will be the main session BAC plans to attend.  Your family has the option of going early for Thursday's sessions or staying an extra night and attending Saturday's sessions.   Watch your email for more details.

Practice Update

The practice for this Friday, Feb. 29 has been moved to Hillside for the Sr. Bulldogs/older Bulldogs. Practice will run from 3:30 - 5:30 pm.  There will be no practice at the LCRC.  Practice for Jr. Dogs and younger Bulldogs remain unchanged for that day.

Meet Entry Fees

Please remember to pay your meet entry fees within 10 days of when the meet entries were due.  All District fees are now past due as well as JO fees - unless you made a new JO cut.  Remember to note what you are paying for on the check memo area.

• February 29 Orders due for 13 & Over State Meet Gear (wrong date in email)
• Easter Week (March 24 - 28) NO PRACTICE except for Sectional Swimmers

Sectional Rooms

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Candlewood Suites City Center in Indianapolis for the Sectional participants.  Kim Lane has the rooms reserved and the specifications of the reservation.  Please contact Kim at 313-882-4244 or kimklane@aol.com no later than this Friday, Feb. 29 to obtain information on these rooms.  Special thanks to Kim for reserving these rooms.

2008 NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships

This is a rare opportunity for us to see the top US college women swimmers at a championship event.  This meet will be held March 20-22 in Columbus at Ohio State University.  Watch your email for more information concerning a block of hotel rooms at a Best Western (you can use scrip) and ticket information.
