2008-2009 PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Dry land Practice:
All dry land participants should come
prepared. Swimmers will need to have the
following: t-shirt, shorts, shoes and
socks.
Changes to Practice Schedule
as of 08/21/08: No stroke clinic on
Friday, August 29, 2008.

Stroke Clinics
Our annual
Stroke Clinics will run the week of
August 18 and
August 25 from 5 - 7 pm at Northville
High School.
There is no regular swim practice.
Please
see the attached schedule which will also be
made available at the team picnic.

reserve your spot.
The
stroke clinic for Tuesday, August 26 will
run from 3 - 5 pm due to a home high school
swim meet.
Fall
